The goal of this training is to equip volunteers with the necessary knowledge and tools to provide effective information support in the REFUFIN Chat. You will learn: -How to use the Wix platform to assist in the Chat. -Where and how to find information to answer questions. -Basic principles of answering the questions. -Effective communication online. -How to navigate and respond when faced with personal emotions or challenging cases in the chat. -The importance of recognising the limits of a volunteer's abilities to prevent burnout and ensure the provision of quality help in the long term. ⏰Approximate time for completing the training: 2 hours. ❗️Instructions for Completing Each Training Module To make the learning process convenient, the material is divided into thematic sections.
